We have a date.
The Simpsons is locked onto Wednesday February 28 on 7mate, screening in a 9pm timeslot.
Seven swooped on the series following TEN’s breakdown in negotiations with FOX.
Season 29 begins with “The Serfsons”, notable for its new composing team Bleeding Fingers Music. Guest voices include Billy Boyd, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Kevin Michael Richardson. This aired in the US in October.
In a magical medieval world, Marge’s mother is turned into an Ice Walker and the only way for Homer to afford the cure is to force Lisa to use illegal magic.
When the King discovers this, he kidnaps Lisa, and Homer must lead a feudal uprising to save her.
9pm Wednesday February 28 on 7mate.

Have been keen to see when this was scheduled in – thanks heaps, D 🙂
so it goes from main channel in HD to a secondary channel in SD so the winner is ?
New episodes had been airing on Eleven for the past few years so it’s been secondary channel show for a some time now.
Don’t get too excited, I can see this moving around or playing repeats like what happens to Family Guy and American Dad.
As Homer would say Woo-hoo! I’ll be having steak, beer, Slushie (frozen drink) and doughnuts to celebrate. The movie is on next week.
9pm? I guess that’s better than 11:30pm
Hopefully they’ll play some repeats, instead of leaving it stagnant like they do with Family Guy + American Dad. 7mate could use less ice road trucker storage wars etc.
