This Sunday the cool-clad Victorian travel show Postcards team head to Echuca, the Yarra Valley, Williamstown and Fitzroy.

Rebecca Judd makes her way to the hedonist hinterland of the Yarra Valley. And where better to begin than the refurbished Domaine Chandon, a stunning winery founded by French champagne house Moët & Chandon. She meets winemaker Dan Buckle and explores the new lounge bar before sampling French delicacies from the Chandon Restaurant. She then pops down the road to Coombe, once the home of Dame Nellie Melba and now a winery, cellar door and restaurant that specialises in using seasonal produce.

Shane Delia heads west to check out the best seafood hubs in Williamstown. First he visits Pier Farm, a new restaurant offering scrumptious Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and seafood. Sampling homemade tortellini, Shane catches up with the owner, Roberto Scheriani, who runs him through the new menu. Next up is Pelican’s Landing, where Shane enjoys tasty fish and chips while admiring views of Port Phillip Bay.

Elyse Knowles takes us on a tour of her family-favourite holiday destination, Echuca, which is rich in history. She chats with tour guide Jenny Watson at the Port of Echuca Discovery Centre to learn about the area and those famous paddle-steamers. On the hunt for food, Elyse stops by The Mill, a former flour mill that now boasts an impressive food and wine menu, before settling on The Sweet Meadow, a plant-based health bar, to feast on house made gnocchi and vanilla waffles.

Meanwhile, Shane Crawford is spending the day in town with funny man Anthony “Lehmo” Lehmann. They walk through Edinburgh Gardens and make their way to one of Lehmo’s favourite places, the Fitzroy Bowls Club, for a game of barefoot bowls. After some healthy competition on the green they head down Brunswick Street to Vinyl Revival to browse the huge selection of records. In need of a feed, they end their day at the Napier Hotel with a hearty pub meal.

5.30pm Sunday on Nine (Melb), repeated nationally on 9Life.
