  1. I seriously cannot believe that over a million people each day, turn on the TV just to watch the news when news is all over the internet every second of the day! And especially when it is much more entertaining getting your news from ‘The Project’ and not the serious, one tone, biased channel 7 and 9!

  2. The Ninja Warrior drop is really significant. Looking back at David’s well maintained site I pulled out the following for 2017 ratings (1 episode missing):-

    09/07/2017 – 1.68m
    10/07/2017 – 1.60m
    16/07/2017 – 1.76m
    24/07/2017 – 1.54m
    25/07/2017 – 2.04m

    Pretty much half the audience this year – we quickly tire of things in this country it seems, though the results are in the same ballpark as for the other two…sigh…reality shows on in the same timeslot.

  3. AFL360 is a really well produced show, almost always #1 on Foxtel M-Th in winter, with a very loyal and large audience by PTV standards. Great work Fox Footy team.
    The show is so strong, Foxtel has replicated the format for Fox League (to lesser success) and likely for Fox Cricket.

  4. Think all channels hope to have success in the footsteps of each other, Dancing with the stars was good for 7 for a few seasons, Dancing on Ice on channel 9 tried to follow with no success, and also channel 9 have tried with cooking shows to follow 10 and 7 but have not had much success with that either, viewers get fed up with so many reality shows, but there is no difference between channels these days being copycats.

  5. I think Ninja Warrior has lost some of its shine. I was absolutely hooked last year, but there’s something about this season that doesn’t scream must-watch.
