What I’ve Been Watching: Adam Demos

A new TV Tonight Q&A series kicks off with the Aussie UnREAL star.

Aussie UnREAL star Adam Demos is the first to feature in a new TV Tonight Q&A on television that stars have been watching…. bringing you insight into their own tastes and offering some new discovery options for readers.

What shows are on your must-see TV list lately?
There is a show called Godless that a mate was telling me about. It is a western series. It’s got an actor called Jack O’Connell in it who I rate as an actor – so I’ve got to check that show out.

When were you last gob-smacked by something you watched and why?
When Benicio del Toro kills the family in the end of Sicario. That was brutal.

Which guilty pleasure show are you reluctant to admit to watching?
I guess now having done UnReal, if a reality show is on I’ll watch a little just to see if I can spot the producers’ work happening. It’s become interesting now I know a few of their tricks.

Any shows you have decided to part company with?
Not that I can think of no -but now with so many good options out there it’s not hard to let shows go if they start dropping off I guess.

Do you have a viewing routine?
Just couch and food!

What’s coming up for you and what can we expect to see?
There are a few things happening but nothing confirmed at the moment. But all that’s certain is promoting the new season of UnReal – I’m pumped for everyone to check it out.

UnREAL Season 3, all episodes, begins Tuesday on Stan.

  1. A show to put on the to watch list is ‘Yellowstone’ starring Kevin Costner in an uncompromising patriarch role, not sure of it’s status for Australia but maybe Foxtel could get this one. A show that is proving difficult to get updates on is the Spielberg / Hanks third WW2 instalment called ‘Masters of the Air’ made by HBO which follows the experiences of the U.S. 8th Air Force heavy bomber crews over Germany, this show if it is completed could prove to be the most expensive show ever made for TV.
