It’s going to take some getting used to the new cast in The Crown when it returns later this year…
Netflix has released a photo of Tobias Menzies as Prince Phillip, replacing Matt Smith.
Menzies, best known as Outlander‘s villain, will feature alongside Olivia Colman, replacing Claire Foy as Queen Elizabeth II.
Also appearing are Helena Bonham Carter as Princess Margaret, Josh O’Connor as Prince Charles, Marion Bailey as the Queen Mother, Jason Watkins as Wilson, Ben Daniels as Antony Armstrong-Jones and Erin Doherty as Princess Anne.

“best known as Outlander‘s villain” to me he is Brutus in Rome, my favourite TV Drama.
Throw in Game of Thrones, Spooks, The Night Manager, Casino Royale, that weird cop show opposite Chiwetel Ejiofor, a bit part opposite Matt Smith’s Doctor and about 17 different series I’m obviously forgetting, if you haven’t seen Tobias Menzies somewhere in the last …. 15 years you’re not watching television.
