House Rules filming season 7

Minor spoilers: Renovations begin for next Seven series.

Minor spoilers:

Filming on Season 7 of House Rules is already underway for 2019.

Renovation is already taking place on the very steep Bruce Crescent in Ferntree Gully, in outer eastern Melbourne.

A huge home owned by young parents James & Courtney previously belonged to an elderly couple and sold for $748,888 last year. News Corp reports a one-way traffic flow is in operation at the request of local council.

Seven declined to comment.

Meanwhile reports also suggest Seven snapped up a two level inner-Sydney warehouse in Beaconsfield ahead of auction.

Jamie Durie joins Season 7 alongside judges Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, Wendy Moore and host Johanna Griggs.

  1. Judges should not be aware of who renovated what to avoid biases as clearly demonstrated in episode aired 2 June 2019.
If teams do not meet the brief they should be penalised regardless of the judges personal preferences. This didn’t happen last night- Teal is not Aqua.

  2. I think the white bread House Rules just wants to be more hipster cool like The Block and get some groovy warehouse as home central .. No doubt those canny Seven folk will pay to have a real graffiti artist add some street appeal to the warehouse walls as well…

If ya can’t beat ‘ em etc etc…

  3. Maybe bought for one of the teams as “Their Home” – I love this show but am always dubious of the residences. Over the years there have been properties bought just before filming.
