Airdate: Mainland Tonight

A new late night series is one of the largest Community TV productions ever mounted. 

Late night Community TV series Mainland Tonight will premiere later this month on WTV (Perth).

Filmed at RMIT University Studios in Melbourne, it is hosted by May Jasper and supported by her silent mime sidekick, Banjo (Rod Lara). It features sketches, a monologue, desk segment, guest interview and a stand up comedian. The supporting cast includes Maddy Butler, Carly Ellis, Belinda Kirwan, Bryan Pike, Nathan Ware, Morgan William.

With 109 people working on the show, including writers based all around Australia, the show is one of the largest community TV productions ever mounted.

Season 1 consists of 6x30min episodes, broadcasting live on WTV Perth and online via the Mainland Tonight Facebook and YouTube pages.
