Nanette wins at GLAAD Media Awards

Hannah Gadsby has won a GLAAD Media Award in the US for her Netflix special Nanette.
Gadsby was honoured with a Special Recognition by lobby group Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, which highlights LGBTI visibility in the US media. She is currently in Melbourne opening her follow-up show, Douglas.

Variety was also recognised as Outstanding Magazine Overall Coverage and Love, Simon won
Outstanding Film – Wide Release.
