The Haka in steadicam

Last weekend at the Bledisloe Cup a local Perth Steadicam Operator, Blake Waldock, captured the HAKA was covered with one continuous shot in 4K.

At over 2 minutes straight, it is thought to be the first time it has been done anywhere in the world, and also marks one of the longest continuous shot ever on FOX Sports.

Pretty impressive – but I prefer Fox Footy’s coverage of the first time the national anthem was sung for AFL at the refurbished Adelaide Oval – shot in one shot from steadicam on a segwey

  2. As a kiwi seeing a continuous shot of the Haka is fantastic. Something completely different. They should have showed this. Now come on a win tonight in Auckland
