Tim Chappel has designed Masked Singer costumes

The Masked Singer may have some big name stars under their wild costumes (and probably a few lesser names too) but it also has a big name who has designed the outfits: Tim Chappel.

Chappel is one half of the Academy Award-winning and BAFTA-winning duo who designed the outfits for The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert. His other works have featured in productions of Dancing with the Stars, Australia’s Got Talent, I Will Survive, Sweet Charity, Little Shop of Horrors, West Side Story, Guys & Dolls, Dream Lover and Priscilla, The Musical.

Aussies can expect to see The Lion, The Dragon, The Octopus, The Monster, The Wolf, The Unicorn, The Prawn, The Alien, The Spider, The Parrot, The Robot and The Rhino.

They are bound to look fab under lights.

The Warner Bros. production is based on a Korean format, King of Mask Singer.
