Hi David, I think the link to the OzTAM ratings goes to Wednesday’s table instead of Thursday’s.
Trial By Kyle deserves better ratings. It’s trashy. Ridiculous and doesn’t pretend to be anything else. I hope it continues
Surprised to say I’m actually kinda enjoying Trial By Kyle. I mean, it’s trash, but it’s a guilty pleasure. Something easy to watch and giggle along with/at.
You’re not alone. I’m no fan of Kyle and avoid his radio show with Jackie O, but for some strange reason I like this show and dare I say it, I even find Kyle unobjectionable for a change. It seems to work with his personality. I agree about the giggle that is gives you, it’s a bit of fun and nothing to be taken too seriously. The drag queens last night were hilarious, good casting!
I’ve previously noted I was surprisingly entertained.
I do recall that, it was a big reason why I gave it a go since you don’t strike me as a Kyle fan either.
He’s been fine with me in interviews (one in person, one phoner), but I don’t listen to radio no.
>> Ainsley’s Australian Market Menu (14,000),
140,000 perhaps?
Think there’s a mistake Grand Designs AU got 462k in the ratings.
Fixed, thanks.
So glad Trial by Kyle is bombing. Kyle probably doesn’t care either
He’s laughing it up to the bank. Why should he care?
The best episodes of Judge Judy would have made for better primetime viewing.
Is it really bombing thou when all later night tv numbers are all just bad
Trial by Kyle (284,000), Love Island Australia from 9pm (225,000), God Friended Me (233,000). Who’s “bombing”?
If anyone finds those ratings acceptable that’s sad.
How exactly is it bombing when it beats the opposition?
10 News First aired at 6pm in Adelaide last night..Did it do better than Celebrity Name Game normally does?
17k in Adelaide. Don’t have time to compare right now sorry.
Let me explain why Trial by Kyle is bombing. Home and away has 532K Good Doctor has 434K so not a large drop, RBT second ep had 370K to Love Island 225K whereas The Bachelorette had 696K tumbling to 284K for Kyle. He had the most eyeballs to retain for his show and lost a large percentage. I rest my case.
Exactly.
