Australia’s favourite Blue Heeler family is back with Verandah Santa, a brand new Christmas themed episode to delight families during the festive season.

It’s Christmas Eve and Dad and the kids are taking turns pretending to be Santa. No peeking! But when Socks nips Bluey in excitement and Bluey refuses to leave Socks a present, they must all learn the true meaning of being good for Christmas.

Bluey follows the adventures of a lovable and inexhaustible six-year-old Blue Heeler pup, who lives with her Mum, Dad and four-year-old little sister, Bingo. In each episode, Bluey takes the everyday events of family life and uses her limitless Blue Heeler energy to invent elaborate games that unfold in unpredictable ways, bringing her family and the whole neighborhood into her world of fun.

Australian families can’t get enough of Bluey, with the series the #1 program ever on ABC iview with a staggering 152 million program plays and a VPM series rating of 2.3 million since its launch in October 2018.* On broadcast TV Bluey is the #1 children’s program for 2019 YTD.**

This true-blue Australian series is created by creator/showrunner Joe Brumm (Charlie and Lola), Emmy® awarding-winning executive producers Charlie Aspinwall and Daley Pearson (Doodles, #7DaysLater), producer Sam Moor (CBeebies), and supervising director Richard Jeffery (Tinga Tinga Tales). The series is executive produced by Libbie Doherty, ABC Head of Children’s Television, and Henrietta Hurford-Jones, Director of Children’s Content for BBC Studios.
