Jackson clan quits Gogglebox

More cast changes coming to Foxtel / 10 series.

Gogglebox returns for its 11th season to 10 and Foxtel later this month.

But the Jackson clan is the latest to bid the show farewell.

On social media the family told fans, “We as a family would like to say a big thank you for all the years we have had on Gogglebox. The show has changed our lives in many ways. We were able to do something unique and special together as a family and have loved every minute! To all of the fans, thank you for embracing us. We will continue being a part of the Gogglebox family, only now it will be from the other side of the screen. We wish them all the best for the future and thank them for being a massive part of the #GoggleboxAU family”

Symon & Adam recently announced their departure.

As previously revealed, there are also three new households in the series this year, including two boys from the Gold Coast.

The 11th series will see many of our favourite faces back on the couch ready to sink their teeth into their favourite TV snacks and the best and worst of 2020’s newest television programs.

Will happily married couple Lee and Keith survive the ups and downs of Australian Survivor All Stars? What will real-estate savvy Greek best friends Anastasia and Faye make of Selling Houses Australia? Things are bound to get spicy when the Daltons and Silberys set in for Married at First Sight. And could the Delpechitra family find dance tips for Patrick watching Dancing With The Stars?

Also returning this season is the dry and delightfully honest opinions of dealers in Indigenous Art Mick and Di; new parents Matty and Sarah Marie and “uncle” Jad; and brother and sister foodies Tim and Leanne. Setting down their remote and bidding Gogglebox farewell is the big family with the even bigger social calendar, the Jackson Family.

And this season, Gogglebox will take us into the lounge rooms of three new households who will be announced soon!

  1. I’d enjoy it more if they followed the example of the UK version. Families and groups have more diverse opinions ( political, ethical etc). It adds so much more colour to the show.

  2. They were probably the least entertaining. I will miss the physio boys the most. At least we have Marty, Sarah & Jad. I just hope they get that dog castrated , it’s really annoying .

  3. Not another cast change, I did enjoy the Jackson family, especially when it was just the parents and the eldest daughter. I hope Lee and Keith don’t consider leaving, their interactions are often the highlight of the show.
