Hi David, I haven’t seen Sam Armytage co hosting sunrise for ages do u know why and why is Nat Barr hosting sunrise all the time now
She’s recovering from a persistent respiratory infection and expected back soon. On social media she has said she is feeling better.
Great to see lifts on 10 with The Project and 10 News, I’m liking the 5-7:30pm format in Sydney. I’m also liking and relating to the Today show again with Karl and Aly and warming to the the news/sport anchors too, the team deserve to be back in the 300’s, and their not far behind Sunrise now, no doubt 7’s Perth dominance contributed to the Sunrise +65,000 lead.
Big numbers fior 7:30 last night!
Thank goodness for streaming services
I noticed you can now gamble on overnight network shares, news ratings and highest rated shows.
News Breakfast seems to be the only ones showing other news happening around the country/world as well. I understand the severity of world events at the moment but gee does it need to be constant day after day, hour after hour. Very depressing.
“Large” for FTA maybe. Any idea on digital views per day?
Smaller than that. Digital views can’t be compared to FTA? Digital views can be as short as 3 seconds to count as a view. FTA is average number of viewres at any one minute, they are very different metrics.
Well then maybe unique reach, same metrics
Whilst I do feel you can’t escape news and I thing FTA needs to throw in some alternatives somewhere – I do think TEN could potentially start news at 4 and Move Bold to 6pm on Peach alongside Neighbours for 2 weeks (while the other stations are making changes). This may help boost their 6pm hour for the network ( 6pm news and the project are up but 7/9 have grown 600k viewers).
I know it may annoy dedicated Bold fans but the 4:30 numbers for bold aren’t really growing during this pandemic era of TV whilst its online numbers are growing and it may stop both Bold and Neighbours getting lost in the news pandemics.
Ten News is already 5pm to 6.30pm. I don’t think we need an extra hour.
No we don’t, but the other stations are giving it to us anyway, and TEN also need to capitalise on it also.
Hi David, those brekky TV numbers are huge. Now I’m curious how the late morning shows went? So, could you please provide the figures for The Morning Show, Today Extra and Studio 10? Cheers!
Later in the week I will cover those.
Oh God. FTA channels are going to become 24 hour News if we are not careful. I am concerned about the world as much as everyone but I want some entertainment if I am stuck at home. Netflix, Amazon Prime & Disney+ are my go to entertainment now.
Q&A was really good last night. We need more of that – experts answering questions.
