A Current Affair on a Saturday… a first?
Rare, but not sure it is a first.
Looks like Seven nor others budging (yet!) Saw a promo for “Iron Man 2” Saturday 7pm (admittedly that was 7mate because of AFL, but its split scheduled on main channel in Sydney Brisbane and Perth so assumed).
Channel 7 were Number 1 last Saturday night with 6pm news and just movies.
Attention Channel 9: read David and others’ pleas here on Tv Tonight! Escapism from covid-19!!
Looks like more streaming and box sets for me. I was a day behind with MAFS this week as I needed to tune out of the sensationalised news coverage by only streaming, the media coverage is contributing to the unprecedented panic happening across the nation.
I’m not saying we’re not in serious times but it’s wise to only obtain information from health.gov.au at present. I hope to see more entertainment and less news in the future otherwise Nine and Seven will lose me.
TV here on ABC News…2nd screen….do not need all the rest as well.
At this point I reckon Nine should chuck their regular after MAFS programming on a multi channel or on 9 Now.
