Amazon sci-fi comedy Upload, has been renewed for a second season -just a week from its season debut.
The series from Greg Daniels stars Robbie Amell as developer Nathan who is uploaded to Horizen’s Lakeview resort after a car crash, whilst still communicating girlfriend Ingrid (Allegra Edwards),he has left behind and new customer service “Angel” Nora (Andy Allo).
“I am thrilled to continue a great relationship with Amazon Studios and this wonderful cast and find out what happens next to Nora and Nathan and Ingrid and their 2033 world. With this news I can stop drawing my season 2 flip book,” said Daniels.
It screens in Australia on Amazon Prime Video.

Excellent news. I binge watched this and thoroughly enjoyed it, Eagerly await S2
There’s no real surprise that Upload got a renewal, the final episode was as open-ended as a story could get.
To me Upload is a commercial TV product so it does seem a bit out of place on Amazon Prime, but if Bosch and Goliath can achieve extended season status then Upload could be the next show in line.
Great News. I thoroughly enjoyed this new series and have recommended it to friends and work mates. It’s quirky and not too taxing.
