Aussie Rebecca Breeds debuts as FBI Agent Clarice next week on Stan.

Set one year after The Silence of the Lambs, Aussie Rebecca Breeds (Home & Away, The Originals, Pretty Little Liars) stars as FBI Agent Clarice Starling in the new crime drama coming to Stan.

The cast also includes Michael Cudlitz, Lucca de Oliveira, Kal Penn, Nick Sandow, Devyn Tyler, newcomer Marnee Carpenter and Jayne Atkinson.

Starring Australia’s own Rebecca Breeds (The Originals, Pretty Little Liars) in the title role, the series will deep dive into the untold personal story of FBI Agent Clarice Starling as she returns to the field in 1993, one year after the events of The Silence of the Lambs.

Brilliant and vulnerable, Clarice’s bravery gives her an inner light that draws monsters and madmen to her. However, her complex psychological makeup that comes from a challenging childhood empowers her to begin to find her voice while working in a man’s world, as well as escape the family secrets that have haunted her throughout her life.

Created by Star Trek: Discovery Executive Producers Alex Kurtzman and Jenny Lumet, Breeds stars in the title role as Clarice Starling and is joined by Michael Cudlitz (The Walking Dead), Lucca de Oliveira (SEAL Team), Kal Penn (House), Nick Sandow (Orange Is the New Black), Devyn Tyler (The Purge), newcomer Marnee Carpenter and Jayne Atkinson (Criminal Minds).

The series is executive produced by Alex Kurtzman, Jenny Lumet, Elizabeth Klaviter and Heather Kadin. The series is produced by MGM Television and CBS Studios in association with Secret Hideout and is internationally distributed by MGM.

Friday February 12 on Stan.

  1. I really liked her as Ruby in H&A. Never thought in a million years I’d be watching her as Clarice Starling in a Silence Of The Lambs sequel series lol.
