  1. I mean i’d love to go on Big Brother but wouldn’t even bother trying with the blatant manipulation from producers. They need to let it naturally happen and stop the nomination talk. 70-80% of the episode is spent talking about alliances and who is going to go and stay. I wanna get to know the housemates more but we don’t because of the way they edit and manipulate it. Channel 7 need to hit the refresh button on this but the thing is people are still watching so they will just think like always, this is what we want to see when its not.

    1. I do enjoy the active strategy game that can be played, but I agree that I would like to get to know the Housemates more – I think those factors could co-exist should the show slow down the game format (Say Challenge & Nominations on one Ep, Eviction on the other, intersperse is “game content” (challenges & strategy talk) with day-to-day content of how the Housemates are living in the house.

      1. Agree… I have no idea where anybody stands on social questions: commitment, refugees, fidelity, climate change, pineapple on pizza! All points for conflict and character. But I get a lot of reminders about alliances and ten mins until challenge starts.

  2. Hopefully next year there are less twists and the game is just let to play out naturally.

if they need to pad out the season, just have every second episodes with no eviction ceremony and spend more airtime on housemate interaction. is there a law that says they need to go into the eviction room every episode?
20 housemates, 3 in the final, one eliminated every 2nd episode = 36 eps, thats perfect.

  3. Oh I’d love to apply, but I really don’t think I’ll be able to deal with the crazy housemates, so I think I’ll watch the series on my television again…

  4. It would be great if they went back to the original format of putting people in a house watching what happens and each week 1 or 2 are evicted it could still be prerecorded

  5. Im so over BB this year. SJ saved twice big brother. I get twists but they are taking viewers for granted at this stage and im out finally. Dragging it out and making it look like some housemates are favoured rather than preplanned non eliminations. 7 has really cooked it for me at this point which is a shame.
