Scenes from a Marriage: teaser

HBO drama series Scenes from a Marriage, featuring Isaac and Jessica Chastain, will launch on FOX Showcase in September at the same time as the US.

The limited series is adapted from Ingmar Bergman’s acclaimed 1973 Swedish classic television series, and re-examines its iconic depiction of love, hatred, desire, monogamy, marriage and divorce through the lens of a contemporary American couple.

Oscar Isaac’s credits include Ex Machina, Star Wars: The Force Awakens and HBO series Show Me A Hero, for which he won a Golden Globe. Jessica Chastain’s credits include Interstellar, Zero Dark Thirty and The Help, which earned her an Academy Award nomination. Scenes from a Marriage marks Chastain’s first starring role in a television series.
