Veteran Aussie actor, best known for Chopper Squad and a string of Aussie dramas, has died.

Veteran Aussie actor Graham Rouse, best known for Chopper Squad and a string of Aussie dramas, has died, aged 87.

Actor Tony Sheldon posted a tribute on Instagram on Wednesday.

An official cause of death has yet to be revealed.

He starred in  Chopper Squad as Roly across 1977 and 1978 but has a long list of credits including Homicide, Division 4, Matlock Police, Cop Shop, Boney, Riptide, Skippy, Hunter, The Rovers, Rita & Wally, Certain Women, Bluey, Glenview High, Patrol Boat, Prisoner, Sporting Chance, 1915, Return to Eden, My Brother Tom, Mother & Son, A Country Practice, GP, Rafferty’s Rules, Blue Murder, Heartbreak High, Time Trax, All Saints, Always Greener, Scorched, Packed to the Rafters, Rake, Old School, Black Comedy.

He is survived by his wife, actor Maggie Dence.

  1. Grahams credits looks like a list of classic Aussie TV. It’s odd that they missed out The Sullivans, in that list, as that’s where I remember him from. He played a menacing type character in that. RIP.
