Psst. Got a show you’d like to pitch to ABC Children’s dept?

ABC Children’s Development Executives Amanda Isdale and Michael Drake are meeting with Australian filmmakers including producers, writers, animators and creators, to help them get their shows off the page and on the screen.

The Chat with ABC Children’s initiative is open to emerging, mid-career and seasoned practitioners who want to know more about the ABC’s submissions, development and commissioning process. The free 30-minute one-on-one sessions are also an opportunity to pitch an idea or ask experts about any topic, from ABC Children’s commissioning priorities to making a children’s series for the international market.

Chats will be held every fortnight from Friday 13 August.
