Back in 1988 on 10 chat show, Good Morning Melbourne, hosts Annette Allison & Roy Hampson threw to (fictional show) ‘Good Morning Murwillumbah’ with hosts Bob Downe and Coralee Hollow (aka Mark Trevorrow and Gina Riley).

That’s fantastic. It’s good to hear the older style conversations as the elderly people in the community still converse like that and have memories of these things. I do know the Bob Downe character is very much respected as a big part of the Tweed Shire community as I have been there often and the performances in the elderly community clubs and venues, and other venues or small theaters are advertised and spoken of often there.
