AACTA Industry Awards 2021: winners

Wins for The Newsreader, Fires, New Gold Mountain, Old People’s Home, Fisk, Clickbait & Bluey.

Winners have been announced in the AACTA Industry Awards in a virtual presentation, hosted by comedian Claire Hooper.

Presenters included Luke McGregor, Nakkiah Lui, Tanya Hennessy, Tom Ballard, Pia Miranda, Lehmo, and Melissa Leong.

Amongst the winners of craft and technical categories were The Newsreader, Fires, New Gold Mountain, Old People’s Home For 4 Year Olds, Fisk, Clickbait and Bluey.

Amongst the Film awards, Stan movie Nitram also picked up 2 trophies.

AACTA CEO Damian Trewhella said: “On behalf of the Australian Academy, I congratulate all of the AACTA Award nominees and winners recognised at the AACTA Industry Awards ceremony this evening.
