Karl Stefanovic and Allison Langdon return to Today on Monday morning.
With the Australian Open beginning, Alex Cullen will be in Melbourne for the next two weeks reportingwhile Brooke Boney also returns. Tim Davies presents the news.
Director of Morning Television, Steven Burling, said, “An increasing number of Australians have made Karl, Ally and the team a part of their morning breakfast routine. Not only because they know they’ll see the latest overnight news first, but because these fun, passionate and authentic hosts are entirely relatable. As we start 2022 we promise to continue to fearlessly pursue the stories that matter to all Australians.”
Joining Today’s regular roster of contributors – which includes Money expert Effie Zahos and technology guru Trevor Long – will be one of Australia’s most recognizable medicos during the pandemic, Dr Nick Coatsworth.
On Weekend Today, Charles Croucher and Belinda Russell will join Richard Wilkins and Jayne Azzopardi as hosts, with the team starting on Saturday, January 22.
Rounding out the morning programming will be Today Extra, hosted by David Campbell and Sylvia Jeffreys weekdays, returning on Friday, January 28.

Time for a Richard Wilkins revamp I think.
Ally does the Uma Thurman, Pulp Fiction thing very well.
They sit at the 9news desk, which is to command respect to its audience. Yet to me a promo like this is too gimmicky.
So is Weekend Today going to have 3 co hosts? Doesn’t really seem likely. Methinks there could be an announcement from Richard Wilkins soon.
