Endemol Shine Australia executive appointments

Endemol Shine Australia has promoted three staff to new executive positions, effective immediately.

Executive Producer Tara McWilliams (pictured left) becomes Director of Content, joining existing Directors of Content Amelia Fisk and Marty Benson. McWilliams will expand her remit, overseeing ESA’s unscripted slate, whilst retaining oversight of Married At First Sight.

Executive Producer David McDonald (centre) is elevated to Head of Comedy, overseeing new scripted and sketch comedy, and light entertainment projects. He will continue to oversee LEGO Masters and Gogglebox.

Executive Producer, Scripted Sara Richardson (right) has also been promoted to Head of Scripted.
