It’s been 30 years since Good Morning Australia first hit our screens.
Technically it launched as The Morning Show in 1992 before changing titles a year later.
In 1992 music guru Molly Meldrum took issue with John Michael ‘Hollywood’ Howson calling Madonna talentless, with the latter critical of her use of crucifixes.
“His opinion is his opinion,” said Molly. “I’m sure he enjoyed The Sound of Music and that’s fine.”
