Bluey’s big return, 10’s strong Monday.
A public holiday in several states saw kids flock to a new Bluey, while 10's Monday double scored in primetime.

A brand new Bluey episode is like krypton to other TV ratings.
ABC’s hit series attracting 489,000 for its morning debut and a further 200,000 for an early evening replay -easily the top multichannel outing on Monday. It will climb much higher still with further 7 and 28 day viewing.
The public holiday helped it climb above November’s new episodes of 364,000 / 281,000.
Monday was also a good night for 10. Have You Been Paying Attention? led in entertainment at 631,000 metro viewers.
MasterChef Australia also won its slot at 577,000, its best audience this season, then 7:30 (503,000), Australian Story (492,000), Celebrity Apprentice (423,000) and Big Brother (363,000).
Elsewhere Four Corners was 438,000 then Media Watch (364,000) and Million Dollar Murders (243,000).
Seven’s AFL drew 563,000 across the network during the afternoon.
Nine network won Monday with 26.5% then Seven 26.0%, 10 23.2%, ABC 17.0% and SBS 7.3%.
Nine News was 885,000 / 868,000 for Nine. A Current Affair led at 688,000 then Hot Seat (368,000 / 211,000). Nine News Late ranked 158,000.
Seven News was #1 at 1.09m / 1.00m for Seven then Home & Away (458,000) and The Chase (358,000 / 180,000 in select cities). 9-1-1: Lonestar was 189,000
The Project pulled 430,000 / 284,000 for 10. 10 News First was 314,000 / 214,000. The Montreal Comedy Festival managed 220,000.
ABC News drew 598,000. The Drum (175,000) and India Now! (137,000) followed.
On SBS it was SBS World News (168,000 / 112,000), Saving Lives at Sea (116,000), 24 Hours in Emergency (114,000), Mastermind (94,000) and Ten Mistakes (74,000).
Sunrise: 197,000
Today: 177,000
News Breakfast: 95,000 / 44,000
In Total TV numbers last Monday were:
9-1-1: 535,000
Big Brother: 846,000
FBI: Most Wanted: 357,000
Celebrity Apprentice: 690,000

As a former big brother fan, I cannot find the current show watchable at all. Can’t believe those total numbers, that so many could sit through absolute nonsense.
Gee Big Brother’s numbers almost triple from the overnights…..
Metro overnights only though.
Total TV includes metro, regional, Live & Catchup BVOD.
I should’ve been clearer with my comment in that the tripling of figures is compating overnight metro to consolidated Total tv and online.
