Airdate: Emmy Awards 2022

The Primetime Emmy Awards return to the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles next week, after a two year shift during the pandemic.

This is hosted by Saturday Night Live‘s Kenan Thompson.

Succession is the most-nominated program, earning 25 nods including Creative Emmys. That’s followed by Ted Lasso with 20 nominations and then The White Lotus with 20.

Amongst Australian nominees are Sarah Snook for Succession and Toni Collette The Staircase and Murray Bartlett  for The White Lotus.

Australia’s Northern Pictures yesterday picked up 3 Creative Emmys for Netflix series Love on the Spectrum US.
