All-female NSW gymnasts take out $100,000 prize in Seven talent final.

All-female NSW gymnasts Acromazing have won AGT 2022, taking home a $100,000 prize.

The act from te southern Illawarra defeated 5 other grand finalists for the win: Ukrainian aerialist Oleg, Tanzanian acrobats Ramadhani Brothers, comedy act Emo Majok, circus clown Walison Muh and 11-year-old singer Sienna Katelyn.

Acromazing member Maddi Lacey said: “This is life-changing. We just want to thank everybody in the crowd tonight, every contestant, all of the girls in Acromazing, all of our beautiful coaches, and all of Australia for voting for us to win, and our beautiful judges too.”

Shane Jacobson said: “Your entire routines are based on trust. Everything looks so beautiful, it’s like poetry in motion.”

Kate Ritchie added: “Incredibly beautiful. I feel so proud of you. I have a young daughter myself and seeing a unit of girls out there working so beautifully together, you should be so proud.”

Fremantle’s season, following a three year break, uncovered some amazing Australian & international acts, although it is yet to be renewed for 2023.
