3 part UK drama Crossfire, starring Keeley Hawes, was due to drop on Paramount+ yesterday (I can’t confirm if that proceeded) but it is also scheduled to screen on 10 as a 3 day miniseries.
Jo’s world shatters when gunmen attack the luxurious Spanish hotel where she’s holidaying with family and friends. The ensuing horror puts lives at risk and exposes secrets.
8:30pm Tuesday 13th December and contd. Wed. 14 / Thu. 15 on 10.

Looks pretty good. Can’t wait to watch.
So they show British content immediately on Ten but we have to wait years for our own Australian content to screen on Ten. This is ridiculous.
Not on Paramount+ yet. I’ll be watching this, heard mixed reviews but I like the cast.
All the way back to Karoke and Spooks which I am watching at the moment. But Finding Alice and Crossfire aren’t very good. I guess she is now of an age where you have to start producing your own shows to get good roles.
Ageing has nothing to do with making shows, there are actors/actresses abound making, producing and starring in their own shows. With age comes experience, wisdom and knowledge.
Always someone younger and cheaper to hire for an on screen role coming up behind you…
Quality over substance!
Refer to Benedict de Spinoza for him for the meaning.
And a noted lack of female roles, which there is an entire movement that’s been created to combat. It isn’t just a coincidence that Kate Winslet, Nichole Kidman, Reese Witherspoon, Krisitin Kruek et al. all started producing TV shows and casting themselves in the leads in the their 40s. On way to get around sterotypes and discrimination is to become the person who makes the decisions. Now that 70 year-old-male actors are not going to be able to get away with sleeping with 20 years old actresses on screen, they will have to adapt too.
Here they go again, Ten really needs to put the juggling balls back in their box and actually do something positive so their viewers can follow these show. As for Keeley, been a fan of Line of Duty, The Durrells etc etc. and never been disappointed.
