  1. Reality talent shows are about the journey – and just three rounds and a heat does not a journey make. That’s like making a road trip documentary about a trip to the shops.

Even if it was still 7 weeks but with the cast split over Sunday/Monday (and ideally live) that would at least feel like more of a complete series, even if it’s still only around half the length the series traditionally was.

      1. Oh no it’s not your wording David, apologies if that’s how my comment came across, I’ve seen it advertised on tv and I find it funny that it’s a GF with 6 – the show has really lost its ‘sparkle’ since the whole season is now pre-recorded and has no live voting element anymore. Shame as I used to love DWTS!

  2. Not a fan of the structure this season, and last night’s Ep i almost didn’t see. Not sure if 7 were making it up as they went along as well, as there were many references in Monday’s ep that referred to the previous night’s as ‘last week’. That aside, I am enjoying the judges. I didn’t know how or if it would work with Craig and Todd on the same desk, but I like them both. I wish every now and again, Todd would put Sonya in her place with a good comeback. Yikes, he gets a lot of quips from her! Easy viewing.
