Weekend Sunrise final broadcast at Martin Place

It was lights out yesterday when Weekend Sunrise signed off as the last-ever broadcast from Seven’s Martin Place studios.

It brought to an end 19 years of Sunrise and Seven News, and 16 years of The Morning Show.

The morning included Matt Doran on a random tour through empty dressing rooms and, with co-host Monique Wright, into an empty control room.

Joining them as the studio was wrapped was news presenter, Sally Bowrey.

From today Sunrise begins a new chapter at Media City, Eveleigh.
