Lego producer denies workplace allegations

Endemol Shine has rejected any suggestion it failed to provide a safe work environment following sexual harassment claims.

Endemol Shine Australia has rejected any suggestion it failed to provide a safe work environment for a junior staffer who is suing over alleged sexual harassment by an associate producer during Lego Masters.

The junior has launched civil proceedings seeking $150,000, also claiming she was treated unfavourably because she was a woman.

The Australian reports in his filed defence the producer has also denied any wrongdoing, and has instead accused her of lying about aspects of their association. He rejects claims he had repeatedly discussed his sexual relationships with staff, instead claiming she was the one who raised the subject.

The associate producer has not been charged over any of the alleged conduct.
