The Voice has settled on its four finalists for 2023.

Team Guy: Charlie Pittman

Team Jess: Ezra Williams

Team Jason: Ethan Beckton

Team Rita: Tarryn Stokes

That saw the elimination of Emily Kate, Bella Mackenzie, Callum Warrender and David Aumua.

One of the four remaining acts will win $100,000 prizemoney and a recording contract with Universal Music Australia.

Voting is now open for the Grand Final as the artists also perform with their Coaches.

  2. Thanks for this bumper post, David. It is great to be able to compare and contrast the four together. I enjoyed Ezra’s the most (but I prefer dance/funk/pop) more than the moody ballads or mid tempo indie rock stylings they have modelled for Ethan and Charlie.

    Narrative wise, I think Charlie will win. He appears to be a lovely guy, been through such a dark night of the soul, and he has a unique look and sound. I have had reservations about Tarryn since she went through the blinds. Clearly she has an exquisite voice, but for me, not distinctive, perhaps it is the years as a session singer, but as technically perfect her voice is, I couldn’t pick her tone out if i heard it on other songs. Just not memorable. Powerful but not distinct. But I think it will come down to Tarryn and Charlie.
