Call for Entries: AACTA Reg Grundy Award

Think you have Australia’s favourite TV show on your hands?

Inspired by Reg Grundy’s achievements and established in partnership with the late Joy Chambers Grundy and Grundy Media, the AACTA Reg Grundy Award returns for a fourth year, open to any Australian with an original idea for the nation’s next favourite unscripted television show.

With $50k on offer, comprised of $20,000 in cash and $30,000 in development funding, the prize is the largest of its kind in the world.

Judges are Debbie Cuell, Steve Oemcke, Marrion Farrelly, Sharon Wheeler, Ian Hogg.

Round 1 entries are now open and call for your show’s title, a logline (1-2 sentence description), and a synopsis of up to one page in length. Submissions are due by 5 pm AEDT on Monday, November 13, 2023.
