Nine has cleverly scheduled a ‘sneak peek’ episode of Tipping Point Australia, hosted by Todd Woodbridge to screen on Sunday night.

This will run at 7pm Sunday December 24, directly before the huge audience for the annual Carols by Candlelight.

The series is expected to formally launch in January as Nine’s new salvo for the 5pm weekday slot in 2024.

  1. I didn’t mind it except that the contestants weren’t very bright in the opening rounds (maybe just nerves). I thought the end part with the jackpot was a bit confusing. Only one chance to get the jackpot which was doubled but what happened to the cruise option? Maybe I missed something? I thought Todd did a pretty good job. The audience is annoying!

  2. Sorry… it’s very different from the UK version, an audience is definitely a distraction and not needed only 3 contestants and sorry Todd is so boring, it’s unfortunately like American hype. My prediction it will be bumped to 10.30 pm then cancelled

  4. Applied to be a contestant and it sounds like a long wait time. Also couldn’t get an audience ticket this week……had to wait until mid-Feb! Is this the hot ticket in Melbourne? I underestimated

  5. It going to be the same as the UK version, except with Woodbridge and a Jackpot round. It is a millennial quiz show, the questions require little Knowledge or education and the main game is winning money in a random 19th Century arcade game.
