Dick Wolf-produced procedurals Chicago Med, Chicago Fire, Chicago P.D., Law & Order and Law & Order: SVU have all been renewed by NBC.
This will lead to a 26th season of Law & Order: SVU, a 24th season of Law & Order, Season 13 for Chicago Fire, a 12th season for Chicago PD and the 10th season for Chicago Med. Phew.
That leaves just Law & Order: Organized Crime, still in discussion for a renewal according to Variety.
In Australia Dick Wolf procedurals screen variously on Seven, Nine, 10 and Foxtel.

When are we getting the current new season of S.V.U on channel 10 or is this along with NCIS only going to be available on Paramount + ?
Law and Order SVU is at series 11 on Foxtel Universal…. Law and Order SVU. Series 24 Ep 2 on 10 a repeat on 28th March….Law and Order on Foxtel Fox One is at Series 22..at present..Series 23 begins on 26th March…..and the new Law and Order Criminal Intent..Toronto begins on Foxtel Fox One on 26th March also…as for the rest…seen them..done that….not that I’m much of a fan 🤣
Would prefer they were on the same channel so that crossover events made sense like last night’s SVU episode on 10 also had the cast of OC in it. Meanwhile 9 had an OC episode running at the same time.
We need them here all on Peacock if it starts here

And sometimes, within 2 years of the American screenings.
(Comment not aimed at Foxtel, as they are consistently within 24 hours of original broadcast)
They’d be later on Free To Air though because Foxtel would have an exclusivity in the contract for first run, not sure how many replays it covers. However, back a few years ago films used to go from cinema to DVD to STV and then Free To air which was generally a year, and with Foxtel having Binge, I’d assume that 2 year window could be about right for replays.
Seven on sold Foxtel first run rights for Chicago Fire. Nine has first run to Chicago Med and Law & Order Organised Crime. Ten has first rights to Law & Order SVU. Foxtel Crime is showing the lastest Law & Order. The negotiations for Organised Crime will determine whether there is a S5 for Nine to show late at night in 2026.
Unfortunately cannot catch-up on binge or foxtel for Chicago Fire as Seven seemingly has retained the first run streaming rights (after screening) even though they screen it years behind, very frustrating, they should really on sell everything if not interested in showing these series or when they do show them at 10.30pm on random nights, unusual use of their resources to screen new run content so late, maybe content they could show on a secondary channel or put straight up on 7+?
