SBS lifts, Seven wins ratings week.

Seven News and Farmer Wants a Wife led viewing last week, while Eurovision gave SBS a bump.

Seven continues its successive ratings weeks, last week drawing a share of 32.25% to Nine’s 24.83%.

Seven News (Sunday) was the top show of the week at 1.39m viewers in National TV Audience with Farmer Wants a Wife topping entertainment at 1.07m.

Best for Nine was Nine News on Sunday at 1.25m.

ABC also bettered 10 at 17.55% to 10’s 13.83%.

SBS enjoyed a lift to 10.64% with the Eurovision Song Contest drawing up to 221,000 for Semi Final 2 replayed on Saturday night (the Final tips into the next week’s results).

  1. Nine really need to revisit their post-MAFS strategy next year. Lego Masters isn’t retaining enough of the audience and momentum from MAFS. Unlikely anything would retain all of the audience and momentum but still Nine shouldn’t be going from thumping wins to routine hefty losses in such a short time period. Is the family audience Lego attracts compatible with the drama seeking audience MAFS has?

  2. Dominant clean sweep week for seven. Their management distractions not (yet at least) distracting their national ratings performance. 33 straight over night national wins.
