The Twelve comes to Western Australia, to the rural township of Tunkwell – a world away from the urban city landscapes of Season One. When local landowner and respected town matriarch, Bernice Price (Kris McQuade), is found dead at the bottom of her farm’s pump well, two ex-lovers stand accused of her murder. Twelve ordinary citizens from diverse backgrounds have been plucked from the township and its surrounds to decide the fate of the co-accused – was Bernice the victim of a crime of passion, a workplace accident or just misfortune?

Season 1 was a critically acclaimed success with rave reviews from around the country and is one of the Foxtel Group’s most premium and awarded drama series. The Twelve Season 2 is Western Australia’s biggest ever production and brings together one of the largest ensembles of any series produced in Australia.

  1. Like season 1, this is a great cast! I enjoyed season 1, but felt it dragged on for an episode or two, felt it could have done with some tighter editing.

But based on this trailer there doesn’t seem to be much focus on the actual 12?!
