Sarah Snook to lead new US drama

Aussie Sarah Snook to star in a US drama around "every parent’s worst nightmare."

Sarah Snook has her next US series lead, to star in the series All Her Fault, for Peacock.

The series is based on the novel of the same name by Andrea Mara.

The official logline states, “Marissa Irvine (Snook) arrives at 14 Arthur Avenue, expecting to pick up her young son Milo from his first playdate with a boy at his new school. But the woman who answers the door isn’t a mother she recognises. She isn’t the nanny. She doesn’t have Milo. And so begins every parent’s worst nightmare.”

Snook famously played Shiv Roy on Succession, winning an Emmy Award plus two Golden Globes for the show.

Her Australian TV credits include The Beautiful Lie, The Secret River, Sisters of War, Redfern Now, SoulMates, All Saints while other international credits include Black Mirror.

Snook will executive produce in addition to starring in the series. An Australian platform is yet to be announced.
