Heggen, who is now a presenter on FIVEaa radio, will join with Chief Business Reporter for The Advertiser, Cameron England, in a brand-sponsored local business format from early October.

“Business Agenda SA will document local success stories and also provide useful insights for others seeking to grow their own firms,” says England.

“Our state is home to companies doing groundbreaking work in areas as diverse as drug discovery, mining services and advanced manufacturing. Our aim is to tell the stories of these companies that are doing world-class work, right here in our backyard.”

Social Media expert Michelle Prak and journalist Justine Northey will also join the program.

Executive Producer Justin O’Brien from RedBikini says: “This program will provide information of real value to the South Australian business community.

“Whether it is how to engage with Asia, how to diversify in a downturn or how to win more tenders, Business Agenda SA is about the challenges facing business and how entrepreneurs are addressing them.”

Nine is strategically stepping up its links with the Adelaide community since taking ownership of NWS9 in July.

  1. WIN is perfectly capable of making state specific programming. It just doesn’t usually find it that profitable to do so.

MonashMan may note that it isn’t broke, but Nine is.

  2. This just goes to prove the promises by the Nine Network about delivering the best news and a current affairs programming are true and should go towards supporting the removal of the reach rule as no regional network is this dedicated or able to deliver services such as these outside of a metropolitan city.
