Sheen facing felony

Charlie Sheen is expected to be charged with felony menacing in connection with the Christmas Day incident with his wife, Brooke Mueller.

Charlie Sheen is expected to be charged with felony menacing in connection with the Christmas Day incident with his wife, Brooke Mueller, according to TMZ.

In addition to the felony, Sheen will also be charged with misdemeanor assault.

Sheen is set to appear in court Monday though not expected to enter a plea.

A criminal complaint will be filed either late tomorrow or Monday morning.

In addition to the arraignment, the judge will hear arguments from lawyers for Sheen and Mueller to relax the protective order prohibiting any contact between the two.

The Show will have to die soon.What happens when Jake Harper or the actor who plays him turns 18.I will be most pleased the day Nine axes this crap and goes back to a 7pm gameshow.Someone should start a bring back Temptation website and gradually reduce these 2.5 men to a 3:30pm timeslot when only shiftworkers,students and people who work evening /night jobs plus the mothers with small children are most likely to be home but only when there is no HI 5 now that Humphrey Bear is Gone.

  3. Well I Hope this marks the end of 2.5 Men and Nine has the decency to bring in a New Version of the Price is Right or Temptation to follow A Current Affair Weeknights in 2010.

  4. This fool has had too many chances – admittedly I like his character on the show, but this taints it for me too much now. I can’t tune in and support this.
