The LifeStyle Channel has commissioned a fourth series of Selling Houses Australia.
To be produced by Beyond for XYZ Networks, the real estate show is the channel’s most popular local production, hosted by Andrew Winter.
“Selling Houses Australia is our highest rating program and the latest series was consistently the most watched non-sport program on the platform on Wednesdays. The program is also nominated for four ASTRA Awards this year,” said Nicole Sheffield, General Manager, LifeStyle Channels.
“The team at Beyond has created a fantastic show and our presenters, Andrew, Shaynna and Charlie have done a wonderful job with the third series and achieved their best sales record yet – 10 out of 10 homes sold which has never happened before in the history of the series! We couldn’t be happier with the show and the results. We’re thrilled to commission a fourth series and can only see the format getting bigger and better.”
Last year the show won the ASTRA Award for Favourite Programme.
Production of the fourth series will commence in July for broadcast in early 2011.

I like the show, but do you not think she styles every house from the freedom catelogue.
Plus most of the couples just seem lazy – I’d prefer to see more worthy recipients next series as opposed to just people who can’t be bother to finish the painting.
We just love the English, don’t we?
This show is good and i watch it from time to time.
Had no idea it was the biggest no-sport watched program…way to go!
And if i could vote for the ASTRA awards i would vote for this program.

The latest series of Selling Houses Australia was fantastic 🙂 Andrew and the team are great together – so talented – I keep telling friends they should have Foxtel as this programme is the best of the best. I actually wish we could put our home on the market and have the team in to supervise..
FTA channels are idiots for not buying this franchise.
TEN should pinch this as theie next reality franchise…it could easily be split across the week with a different house each week – starting with the ugly house, progressive renio and then finishing off with the auction every friday.
