That was fast.
Swingtown won’t air next week as ONE’s Thursday Night Live moves into a late-night slot on TEN, but it returns at a new time of 12am Tuesday September 7th (midnight Monday night).
A new Simpsons episode resumes at 7:30pm Wednesday September 8th after one week out for Undercover Boss. A repeat plays at 8pm followed by the Season Final of Lie to Me.
Meanwhile TEN will also screen the Jessica Watson: True Spirit doco at 2pm Saturday September 11.

That’s good that TEN is showing the Jessica Watson doco.
Oh good! New Simpsons resume! 🙂
I use IceTV as a backup to the printed guide and the EPG, maybe it’s time for TVWeek to go digital and have a proper online TV guide and not the limited one they have now?
I really can’ keep track of all these changes… I’ll rely on TV Week when the dates come closer.
Print media is at the mercy of deadlines that are no longer respected by networks. TV Week unfortunately goes to press earliest of them all.
Interesting move to have Thursday Night Live replayed on Ten. Should have done this when the show first started.
I’m happy they’re repeating the Jessica Watson doco again because when it was on the first two times something else was on and my TiVo couldn’t record it!
I was wondering what was happening to The Simpsons, considering TAYG was moving into their timeslot.
As for Thursday Night Live, that’s great news. From the episodes I saw it’s a great and informative show. Some of the stuff I fast forward though (if I’m not interested in the sport they’re discussing) – but it is the best general sports discussion show – better than Offsiders.
This is crap they delay Swingtown then show 3 eps to pull it, I’d expect this from Nine but not TEN. And they wonder why people are going else where for their TV shows!
Why can’t they just show it after Letterman on the same night/morning? ‘Cause lets face it not many are going to be watching it ‘live’ so will record it anyway.
Sounds like TNL is getting a run on Ten in readiness for the removal of ONE SD.
