  1. Anyone else notice that Good News Week has moved to Tuesday the 16th next week? Seems a silly thing to do, it’s replaced by utter garbage and it’s now up against the tail end of the Rafters final ep, but there you go.

Does this change also affect the final the following week?

  2. I’m pretty sure the only reason the H&A and TAYG xmas shows are so early is because ratings finish in the first week on December, but ten will probley replay both christmas week.

  3. H&A: Sounds like re-gifting here…!

There will also be another new Modern Family Wed Nov 24 7.30pm – so again two in that week as well.

Agree way too early for Xmas specials. Your Gen will also be a Xmas special that week – which will probably end up being repeated Xmas week anyway.

  4. its a running joke from their last christmas special that its really early. its making fun of things like shopping centres putting up decorations in october. i’m pretty sure people need a sense of humor.

  5. BTW definitely will not be watching any Christmas Sh*t in November.

Honestly can’t they wait till the actual month of Christmas…. Oh that’s right doesn’t fit in with the ratings season.

  6. most of the year ten had the best scheduling, but lately the programming moves for TBYG, Modern family, house and especially glee have been rediculous.

glee not even half way through its second season will have aired new eps on 7:30 sunday, monday, wednesday and various slots on Thursday that must be some kind of record. not to mention the interuptions for that caravan of courage special, footy, comm games, and the useless extra ep of modern family next week.

  7. It amazes me Australian networks in general have no qualms about shuffling shows randomly. Sure pull them off for a week or two’s hiatus, but “new night, new time” or “at the special time of ” can permanently shed a fraction of the show’s audience.

Nine and TEN both seem to have lost the plot in the last weeks of this year’s ratings season.
