  1. I hope it rains every single day till 9 show it in HD!

Australia is probably the only country this will not be shown in HD. Other countries will just use England’s HD coverage.

  2. David, with all your contacts, would it be possible to find out why Nine has reneged on HD, especially considering the amount of promotion it was doing for it?

The average viewer hasn’t a hope of getting this information.

    Thanks.

  3. No HD…I almost want to cry I’m so angry! I will be listening to the ABC radio broadcast instead of being put through the eyesore that is sport in SD…..I only hope the ratings are so poor for nine that they have to broadcast it in HD…..Re-runs of Nanny…seriously I mean c’mon who made that decision and I’m no tech head but why can’t they just flip the switch to have it in HD.

  4. Never before seen technology – including the Ashes in HD, which will end up being never seen. Ever.

Their new technology includes measuring how far a six travels and the angle of spin a ball has. Which is all old technology.

All we want is HD and no cutting off the end of sessions. And for Tony Greig to disappear.

  5. Borrrring!!!! Cricket is dead! Shane Warne ruined it for me ages ago. Wish we could go back and erase the Warne years! Just glad we have all these other channels now 🙂

  6. “This season, Nine’s Wide World of Sports promises never-seen-before technology”

I wish they were talking about High Definition… that’s feeling like a never before seen technology.
