@ Nik C I agree with you, Ch10 have made some great dramas… 20 or 30 years ago!
@ Craig Cops LAC didn’t last as long despite getting better ratings than Rush for pretty much all of its run because Ten’s standards are much lower than Nine’s.
As they say in the crappy promos, you won’t believe what happens next!
@ slappa Ch10 have made some great dramas. if they ‘re not ur taste, don’t tune in, they have many fans, but due to the demo and lower adevertising or general Ch10 viewers they don’t rate as well as 7 or 9. They are still very good

Rush is the type of show people won’t appreciate until it is gone.
Other than the first series of Underbelly it has been the best crime related Aussie drama for many years.Not perfect but some vg actors and great locations with some vg stories.Unfortunately they have given up on some stories while introducing a character who doesn’t fit with the show(Shannon.)The awful Americanised ads for series 3 put many people off.This is good/vg Aussie drama.It should be promoted and supported as such.
You know the show is in serious trouble when they resort to stupid desperate gimmicks to lure in the viewers. I watched season two of this crap, and it was enough. Seriously embarrassing Australian drama yet again from Ten.
Dom returns this week, but I gather thats not all that happens? There is a death the week after though.
For those who this it’s crap then it must be a damn sight better than the Crap Nine is turning out, Rush is still on and likely (fingers crossed) to come back but Cops didn’t last and is not being burnt off at 2 eps a week.
@ slappa have to agree they were once the best at making drama now they’re the worst.
@ducko – I don’t get comments like that. You say nobody cares about Rush, yet clearly there are people who do, including yourself otherwise you wouldn’t have clicked on this story and commented.
Wow.. wonder what it is? Last episode was definitely great though ( it is always good to see them at locations other than the city), but it ended with ‘To be continued’.
just have to say the 10 are the experts of making crap drama nothing ever last more than 3 to 4 years
Yeah I’m really waiting for this to get over 2 million like Rafters did for the death of one of it’s characters. But the truth of the matter is it won’t even come close to 1 million because as Ducko says no one cares about Rush.

This could be a sign that one of its characters is going to be killed off – with David saying all fans should watch it, just like what happened on Packed to the Rafters when Melissa was killed in a car accident.
Not giving us much to go on….
I heard from spoilers that the lead up to this week episode will cause death to one of the characters the following week.
Sounds like one of those pathetic channel nine “an event not to missed” or “must see event” that ultimately is so underwhelming it isn’t funny.
According to wikipedia, Joseph Ber guest stars this week so Dom must have been fixed. Given how badly he melted down it will be interesting to see how he is brought back. Actually, this is rush and characters just seen to turn up and dissapear without explaination so he will probably just turn up as if nothing has happened in the past. What ever happened to the dude from the hungry jacks add who was Kerry’s love interest for a while and the girl from satisfaction who was helping out with Leon in the control room
I’m already going to watch it this week cause last weeks ep was awesome and this will be ep 2 so looking forward to it and esp now you say that david!
