Returning: V

V returns with new episodes on GO! from January.

It returns at 8:30pm Wednesday January 12th, a week after its return in the US.

UPDATE: Now returning January 19.

This episode will famously include the return of Jane Badler -can’t wait for that.

Also returning is original V actor Marc Singer.

Singer, 62, is also known to sci-fi fans for his role in the 1982 film The Beastmaster and the more recent Beastmaster spin-off series, while soap fans might remember him from Dallas or The Young & the Restless.

  1. Secret Squïrrel

    @Paul – I’ll take that bet.

    @chk chk – because it means it will get lower ratings. (If it didn’t, it would be the only show to move from the primary and not suffer a decrease).

    @Andrew – I thought that this will be on ABC not SyFy. It’s second season order has already been reduced from 13 to 10 eps. I think it’ll prob last the season but poss not in the same timeslot.

  2. The CGI on V was freaking terrible, the fake sets being the worst I’ve seen in a long time.

    The smaller budgeted Sanctuary knows how to pull it off.

  3. V season 1 was great i thought the special effects were awesome and can’t wait for season 2 but I’m hoping that it will get season 3 as there are too many fantasy/sci-fi shows getting axed like Caprica, Stargate Universe, Legend of the Seeker, Terminator the Sarah Connor Chronicles, Dollhouse. We are also getting new shows such as Terra Nova, Alphas and Battlestar Galactica: Blood and Chrome.

  4. After the axing of SGU & Caprica, “V” won’t last the season before the axe falls on it imo. I love all Sci-fi tv series, movies etc. But i will not be investing anymore time getting into a new sci-fi tv series just for it to get axed in a season or two. Your loss silly syfy.
