USÂ drama series Breakout Kings, which is about to debut in Australia, has been renewed for a second season by the A&E Network.
The series stars Laz Alonso and Domenick Lombardozzi as U.S. Marshalls who use former fugitives to catch fugitives.
The series was in contention at FOX before the network passed on the pilot last year and A&E came to the rescue.
Its premiere in March set a record with the highest 18-49 demo rating for a drama on the network and 2.8 million total viewers.
Written by Prison Break writers, Nick Santora and Matt Olmstead, it premieres on ONE at 9:30pm Thursday July 14th.

I read some people’s comments on IMDB and they said the show isn’t that great.
“U.S. Marshalls who use former fugitives to catch fugitives”.
Um, isn’t this the central plot of “White Collar”?
I watched a few of this. While the T-Bag episode didn’t live up to expectation, I like the show.
Whoops! Sorry David. Found it in the programming section now
I’m looking forward to this series
btw what happened to the Burn Notice story??
