A UK tabloid report that Charlie Sheen is set to appear on Celebrity Big Brother is false, according to his representatives.

The Daily Star reported the former Two and a Half Men star has struck a £6 million deal to appear on the reality show when it kicks off on Channel 5 later this month.

“Sheen, 45, is due to jet to Britain in the next two weeks after agreeing a lucrative deal to appear on the show,” it reported.

“Bosses are convinced Sheen’s Celebrity Big Brother involvement will make it ‘unmissable TV.'”

But Sheen’s rep denies any truth to the story in a report in The Hollywood Reporter.

Sheen is set to star in Anger Management, inspired by the 2003 film starring Adam Sandler and Jack Nicholson to be produced by Lionsgate Television.

Channel 5 and Endemol is reviving the Celebrity Big Brother brand but keeping the cast under wraps.

  2. Even if he is not doing it, it does not mean that he would not do it especially for 6 million pounds. All he would have to do is be himself thats all, not that hard really. Also he looks so goofy in that picture almost like a cartoon character.

    thank god channell 5 revived BB i hope it rates through the roof so that they keep it on with the aus version gone and sadly i dont think the aus version will ever see the light of day again and the USA version so boring that it is unwatchable we need the UK version to get our fix

  5. Another cracking picture! He’s prob not going to do CBB because he won’t be able to do large amounts of CBB (coke, booze, and broads).
